At our St. Louis, MO studio, we offer:

Small Group Classes: mixed levels, male and female. Up to 10 people in one class. The workout addresses flexibility, strength and conditioning.

Semi-Private Lessons: Everyone is working their own program, but sharing the space and the attention of one trainer. Up to 4 people in one class. Workout addresses specifically what each person needs as an individual based on individual assessments.

Private Lessons: One-on-One lessons provide the total attention of the trainer with a great degree of attention to detail and individual needs.
