At our St. Louis, MO and Wood River, IL locations, we offer:
Small Group Classes: mixed fitness levels. Up to 10 people in one class. The workout addresses flexibility, strength and conditioning.
Semi-Private Lessons: Everyone is working their own program and sharing the space. Up to 4 people in one class so the highly qualified trainer can give individual attention to each person. The workouts address specifically what each person needs as an individual.
Private Lessons: One-on-One lessons provide the total attention of the trainer with a great degree of attention to detail and individual needs.
